I love the most thing about this phone is its look. very dashing in look and light weight and nice screen display, MP3 Ringtones (Inbuilt).

Problem 1 : Some users May not Find from where they can reduce the radio volume but it is very easy, you can easily reduce volume of radio by pressing LEFT Navigation Button and Increase Volume by RIGHT Navigation Button. (Up and Down Keys are for setting the radio frequency)
Problem 2: You will find hard to open the back cover of your phone, i have tried it with my phone and got solution, you just push the bottom button in phone and open any one side first up to the half way then another half side up to the half way, and then slide up the cover and you will easily get it, see the image below.
